That’s what the website says. I’m not sure which of the band members (maybe all of them on occasion?) use the Twitter account. The music is good – very good. I love Blues of any sort. This has a sort of subtle Bad Company flavor, at times, and then shifts into throaty blues vocals that make the spine shiver. Seriously good stuff. That’s the band. They have a CD out now and you can get it on CD Baby…but that’s not why we’re here.
On Twitter The Snakecharmers ARE charmers. They are friendly, funny, not full-0f-themselves despite enormous talent, and a lot of fun. We’ve talked about music, but we’ve talked about a lot of other things too. They were even there today when my dog had an allergic reaction to a rabies shot with sympathy (A lot of folks were…have I said I love Twitter?).
I’ll be getting the CD – and I never would have found them without Twitter. This sort of diversity is what makes it fun, worthwhile, and a pleasure to be on Twitter.

Goodness me, thank you! I’m Marie, the singer/songwriter/GirlFriday/Twitterer for the Snake Charmers.
I greatly appreciate the TweepleBlog entry! Those kind words mean a lot to me and to the band. My original forays into social media were intended to promote the band but I’ve found a whole world that I enjoy on a personal level, especially Twitter, where I’ve made wonderful personal connections with people.
My music is part of my life but it isn’t all my life and I hate Twitterers who only push their commercial interests.
This is a great service that David provides (I’ve found a lot of interesting Tweeple) and he’s a really nice guy, I can tell.
Is this more than a 140 characters?
No limit to “characters” on Tweepleblog (lol) And you are more than welcome. I hope you get a lot of new connections through this site. I need to get MORE musicians profiled.
