The Grand Homecoming & Pilgrim’s Day

katieindianToday Katie is attending her first Pilgrim’s day, resplendent in her big sister Stephanie’s Native American costume from Pilgrim’s Days Past.  Her mom and brother are helping out with the fun and games, like sack races and corn-husk tosses.  I have half a day of work, then going to get the rental and wait for everyone to come home so we can get on our way to Columbia, SC and get Stephanie for Thanksgiving.

She’s been off on her own for about three months, and we’re ready to have her back for a few days, even if they promise to be absolutely crazy ones.  Not sure how much writing will get done, but some news.

I’ll soon be re-releasing two of my novellas – “Roll Them Bones,” and “The Not Quite Right Reverend Cletus J. Diggs & the Currently Accepted Habits of Nature” in digital editions through The Horror Mall.  I’ll get the links up here soon.  Those, along with the new digital edition of “My Eyes Are Nailed, But I Still See” by myself and Brett Savory, and theupcoming downloadable books from Blackbetty Mobilebooks in December give me a good variety of digital offerings to build up readership and launch my words into a new era.  Most of this work has never had affordable editions available, so I’m happy to see it in a format that allows for more readers and less collectors.

For now – off to to get the rental car, and onward to SC!
